Ky018 Photoresistor Module

An LDR sensor is a type of resistor which responds to the amount of light falling on it and changes its resistance according to it.

• If light is falling on it then the resistance is in order of few k-Ohms and if is dark then its resistance is in order of Megaohms so the Cell resistance falls with increasing light intensity.
• This is an Photoresistor Module with an LDR Sensor having Two Cadmium Sulphide (CdS) Photo Conductive Cells and spectral responses like that of the human eye.
• This photoresistor module has application such as smoke detection, Automatic lighting control like in rooms or Headlights of a vehicle or roadside lights, batch counting adjustable overhead rear view mirrors and burglar alarm systems.
• The module is powered by the constant supply voltage and signal output can be measured from signal pin with the help of Analog pins of controllers like Arduino , NodeMCU or PIC.
